When in 1906 a well-known architect and art critic Henry Felix designed villa belong to Schoeller family, there was not an equally magnificent residence in Wroclaw.
Half round driveway, Ionic style columns in front of the entrance, two level hall, around which were arranged representation rooms. From the south connected with a library and billiard room, office with a four-pillared entrance hall resembling a Prince's Audience, from the east dining room, living room and a corner room with a semi-circular bay window and access to the garden constituted of architect sophistication and emphasized position in society originating from Rhine wealthy industrialist family.
 
The interior of the villa was decorated with a great richness, reflected by a number of marble, stucco, wood panelling and tapestries. It is believed that the palace had the most beautiful murals in Lower Silesia. The composition of residence, reminiscent the idea of
the great order, has given character of the palace
with classical - baroque pedigree.
Nowadays, this is the most beautifully maintained
example of the end of historicism architecture
in Wroclaw
