Dom Zdrojowy consists of two 19th century buildings interconnected with the longest walking hall in the region. Dom Zdrojowy offers a wide variety of spa and wellness treatments, as well as free Wi-Fi.

The rooms are bright and classically appointed. Each comes with a TV and a private bathroom with a shower. Extras include a desk and coffee making facilities.

The Spa House has the longest covered Walking Hall in Lower Silesia, 80 m long, and the "Kwiat Lotosu" SPA with a wide range of SPA treatments (prior reservation required).

Dom Zdrojowy is 1 km from Świeradów-Zdrój Ski Lift and 1.2 km from the Ski&Sun Gondola Ski Lift. The nearest ski lift, Bambino, is 500 metres away. The resort features an artificial 19th century cave, which served as a mineral water pump room, and now marks the beginning of the main Sudety hiking trail.
